Our three core values — intention, consistency, and connection — are elemental for our business and we believe wholeheartedly are integral to any brand’s success.
Intention
When it comes to content marketing, intention is key. In a modern world that has so much content, most of which is noise, the ability to deliver premium, purposeful content — well-written copy, thumb-stopping imagery, and engaging video — goes a long way. Initially, we start by developing a strategy based on our social media experience inside a niche. We also draw inspiration from successful accounts within that niche and gain information from analyzing competitor accounts. We let this strategy play out for several months. Simultaneously, every month, we collect the data. We see what content is working, and what your followers are engaging. We also note what isn’t. We also continue to research the niche, hunt for inspiration within it, and save those successful posts/videos as content creation ideas for later. And then, we combine all of it — aspects from our initial strategy that are working, aspects gained from the data, and trends in your niche — to create and post intentional content. This without a doubt, when combined with consistency (see below) will lead to a substantial increase in reach!
Consistency
When you combine intention with a consistent deployment, whether it be IG Reels, Tik Toks, IG posts and carousels, IG and Facebook stories on social media, or regularly scheduled blogs and newsletters, you increase your brand’s chance to stand out ten-fold. With each consistent (and quality) post your brand gains social equity with your followers. Consistency is also key in the modern social media landscape because the space is more crowded then ever. So, if you post consistently and stick with it, over time your audience will grow. So many businesses simply throw in the towel after a couple months of social media because they aren’t growing. This is not the way! It takes both consistency and time to really engage with your audience and build that following. A house isn’t built in a day or a week or a month. It can take several years. Social media is very similar because you have to put content out, use the data to determine what’s working and what’s not, create the content that fits that data, put it out there consistently, promote the content, and engage with the audience. But if you have patience and consistency, combined with the ability to trust the data we get you, the followers will come and so will the ROI.

The last core value of ours, connection, is where it all comes together. One of our favorite influencers once said, “why be on social media if you arent’t going to be social?” This is so true.
